The Thirty Third Batch of Arogyadhatri Swasthaananda Saptaham is a free residential Yoga & Ayurveda training workshop conducted in Telugu language for individuals seeking holistic health, inner balance, and disciplined living through traditional Indian knowledge systems.
This intensive 7-day residential workshop will be guided by Yogacharya Sri Sri Sri Ramalinga Venkata Satyanarayana Garu, who has extensive experience in practicing and teaching the highest form of Hatha Yoga, along with Dr. Sundar Raj Perumall MD, Director of Arogyadhatri Ayurveda Research Institute.
The program integrates Yoga, Ayurveda, Sanskrit learning, Bhagavad Gita chanting, Agnihotra, and Jeevana Vidya to provide a complete transformational experience for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
This residential training program is designed to help participants reconnect with natural living principles through authentic Yoga and Ayurveda practices. The workshop focuses on disciplined lifestyle habits, mental clarity, self-awareness, and holistic wellbeing.
