Music Therapy is the therapeutic use of music for the restoration, maintenance,
and improvement of physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
This program introduces the therapeutic application of Indian Music through
both the Biopsychosocial and Ayurvedic approaches.
The course equips learners with the knowledge and skills to apply
music-based interventions to address the physical, emotional, cognitive,
and social needs of individuals. It also supports the implementation of
Music Therapy in Yoga Therapy settings and can be applied across all age groups,
including children, adolescents, adults, and senior citizens.
